Important Information
- Check in 3pm - Check out 11am - PLEASE DO NOT HANG AROUND OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM PRIOR TO CHECK IN , you're welcome to put your boat in or check out our property and Erieau. Upon check out you're welcome to hang out for the day using our property amenities, as well as our guest bathroom and shower. A fee of $50 will be charged if you are not out of room by 11am without permission from management
- Kayaks and pedal boata available for guests to use, life jackets must be worn at all times.
- We requests that all guests clean their dishes/glasses/silverware before use, cleaning staff does not wash all items in kitchen after check out. Guests are required to wash and put away all dishes before check out.

- Cancellation Policy - 14 days or more before no charge. After 14 days 50% charge. 7 days before 100% charge.

- $250 charge to your credit card for any excessive cleaning, damage, garbage/odours in your room. Please put any marijuana products in an air tight bag in the freezer (not in the drawers or left out in the room-guests often say they can smell it in rooms). Alcohol containers must be taken with you, put in recycle area, or stacked together. Please take out all your garbage prior to departure.

GENERAL INFORMATION
To help you plan your stay with us here at the Erie-O Motel here is some further information to help you get the best out of your vacation.
Your room is considered booked once we have a credit card number to secure your room. We cannot "hold" a room without a card.
Our check-in time is 3pm, our check-out is 11am - no exceptions
*rates based on double occupancy - maximum 4 adults per room (children under 16 free)
*Our payment methods are Visa MasterCard, E-Transfers, Debit or Cash
Additional charges for guests with boats - $30/night - $125/week
*Our rooms are all non smoking, non vaping.
*Please wash and put away all your dishes prior to checking out.
*13% HST charged to all rooms and marina rentals.
*All rooms have Smart TV's - it's your responsibility to log out of all Apps at time of checkout ex:Netflix
*We have garbage and recycling bins on the property, please dispose of your items prior to checkout.
*At this time we're allowing 1 pet in a room, with additional nonrefundable charges.
*Visitors please check in the office upon arrival.
