Please note that reservations are not confirmed until we contact you to explicitly confirm that your requested dates are available, and we have secured your booking with a credit card. A $150 refundable deposit is required at time of booking and will be applied to final sale. 

Deposit only refundable if reservation is cancelled minimum 14 days prior to check in date.  

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RESEVATION 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AT NO CHARGE. IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 14 DAYS YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR BOOKING, INCLUDING $150 DEPOSIT. ANY CANCELLATONS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR AGREED UPON CHECK IN DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE BOOKING.  Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. No refunds for early departure.
